Rode & Associates once again receives the highest awards in national survey

Property valuation firm Rode & Associates, has been honoured with top awards from the authoritative publication Professional Management Review (PMR.africa) in this year’s 2017 PMR.africa rankings.

The company received the top Diamond Arrow Award in the following categories: Agricultural Valuations; Commercial & Industrial Valuations; Residential Valuations; Retail Valuations and Specialised Valuations. Rode was rated Outstanding in each of the above five categories, and was rated 1st overall. The company also received the Golden Arrow Award in the Municipal Valuations and Hospitality Valuations categories. The Golden Arrow award acknowledges excellent service.

With a strong focus on measuring client service and satisfaction, the annual awards acknowledge excellence in the industry, setting benchmarks for other companies in the same field. The 120 respondents who took part in this year’s survey, and who ranked Rode & Associates best in its field, comprised a random, national sample of senior managers dealing directly with outsourced property valuers.

Rode is based in Cape Town but operates nationwide.

Listed in the Who’s Who of Southern Africa, Erwin Rode – CEO of Rode & Associates – has long been considered a leader in the field of property valuations, and is also held in high regard for his work as property economist.
